Product names, images, descriptions, pack sizes, categories, prices, and availability may change. Images may illustrate packaging or category style and may not show every production variation.

A product appearing online is not a guarantee that it remains available. Inventory and price are rechecked during the ordering process, and a cart does not reserve stock.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Riega may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including unavailable inventory, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, delivery limitations, or an error in product information.

An order is accepted only when Riega or its payment and ordering system confirms acceptance. If Riega cannot ship within a promised period, or within the period required by law when no date was promised, Riega will provide the required delay or cancellation options.

Prices are shown in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable tax, fulfillment charges, and the final total are displayed before payment when checkout is available.

Payments are processed through Clover or another provider identified at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Riega may correct an obvious pricing or calculation error before accepting an order.

A wholesale application is a request for review and does not guarantee approval, special pricing, tax-exempt treatment, credit, payment terms, minimums, route delivery, territory, or product allocation.

Approved terms are provided directly by Riega. Until approval and applicable account terms are confirmed, an applicant may purchase only under the public options available on the site.

Fulfillment options and eligibility depend on the destination, order, inventory, and any terms displayed before payment. Review the Shipping and Returns policy for current details.

Food products and other perishable or safety-sensitive goods may have limited return eligibility. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

You may not interfere with the website, bypass security, access data without authorization, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that disrupts service, impersonate another person, submit false information, or use the site for unlawful activity.

Riega may restrict access, cancel suspicious activity, and preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the business, or the website.

The website design, Riega name and marks, written content, graphics, and original media are owned by Riega or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. Product and manufacturer marks belong to their respective owners.

Links or integrations operated by third parties are provided for convenience. Their services and privacy practices are governed by their own terms.

The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Riega disclaims warranties not expressly stated and is not responsible for interruptions, third-party systems, or losses caused by misuse of the site.

To the extent permitted by law, Riega is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that must be heard in court will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Broward County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
